Mastermind Program

Transnational peer coaching for founders
Small, curated groups of five founders work through real challenges with expert input.

Who it’s for:


Startups in Germany, Ireland, Finland, the Netherlands, and Türkiye.

Format:

5 online sessions over 8 weeks

Topics include: go-to-market, AI for KPIs and impact, internationalisation, funding and investor management, scale-up planning.

Outcomes:

Sharper strategy, actionable next steps, stronger network.

Live Training: Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking & Prototyping

Hands-on learning in one focused day
Identify user needs, design solutions, and build rapid prototypes—without long lectures.

Who it’s for:


Academic and non-academic HEI staff, researchers, student innovators.

Format:

6h live online workshop + recording access

Optional 4h assignment with feedback

Certificate upon completion (for submitted assignments)

Outcomes:

Problem framing, fast prototyping, pitching basics, ready-to-use teaching tools.

Venture Science Center Clubs (SAMK)

Where ideas become prototypes
Open, inclusive clubs that mix science, tech, systems design, and entrepreneurship.

Prototype Club + SAMK Can Venture Competition:

Build and launch a soda-can-sized “CanSat” to 20–300 m. Measure temperature and air pressure. Present at spring demo day.

Access:

Room A101 and Mech Lab available for independent work. Short supporting lectures through the season.

Outcomes:

Practical engineering skills, teamwork, demo-ready prototypes.

Challenge-Based Learning Sprints

Real problems. Real teams. Real impact.
Short sprints where international student teams tackle live industry challenges; from edtech and gaming to water and food systems.

Format:

2–3 day intensives hosted by partner universities. Coaches from GT4T partners and incubators.

Outcomes:

Portfolio-ready solutions, collaboration experience, pathways to incubation.

Talks & After-Work Sessions

Honest stories from the founder journey
